Shipping & Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand if you don't. If for some reason, you choose to return the item, you will receive store credit ONLY.
-We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label (if shipped from other location and not The Mom Loop location). We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
-Customer must reach out directly to The Mom Loop for return instructions through our website or through the email: email@example.com.
-Merchandise may be returned for a STORE CREDIT ONLY that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
-The CUSTOMER is responsible for paying for the return shipping!
-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
-Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full credit. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
-Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
-We reserve the right to refuse the return of items outside of the these policies.
-All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned. All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are FINAL sale and non-refundable.
-All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags and The Mom Loop tags still intact.
-No perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or any odors should be on the clothing.
-Shoes must be returned in original, undamaged box.
-If your item is defective or damaged, please send us a photo at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will exchange the item for you as long as we are notified within 2 days of you receiving your order. If we are not notified within the 2 days we are not responsible for the damage or defect.
-Please include your original packing slip or a piece of paper with the name on the order, order number and item(s) being returned.
-Orders CANNOT be cancelled after being placed.
-Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for second shipment.
-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. IF YOU ARE MISSING A PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
