Store Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand if you don't. If for some reason, you choose to return the item, you will receive store credit ONLY.

-Merchandise may be returned for a STORE CREDIT ONLY that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.

-There are no restocking fees.

-The CUSTOMER is responsible for paying for the return shipping!

-All returns must be back to our address 14 calendar days from the date the product was delivered to the customer. 

-Local pick up orders must be picked up within 7 business days in order to be eligible for returns or store credit. If pick up time surpasses the 7 business day policy, no return will be accepted.

-We reserve the right to refuse the return of items outside of the these policies.

-All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.

-All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags and The Mom Loop tags still intact.

-No perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or any odors should be on the clothing.

-Shoes must be returned in original, undamaged box.

-If your item is defected or damaged, please send us a photo at: themomloop21@gmail.com. We will exchange the item for you as long as we are notified within 2 days of you receiving your order. If we are not notified within the 2 days we are not responsible for the damage or defect.

-Please include your original packing slip or a piece of paper with the name on the order, order number and item(s) being returned.

-Orders CANNOT be cancelled after being placed.

-Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for second shipment.

-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. IF YOU ARE MISSING A PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE
